Continue your studies with Wake Up Yoga founder Corina Benner and journey on this four-day intensive to understand yin yoga theory, practice, and therapeutic benefits on the physical, energetic, and mental/emotional bodies (the Annamaya, Pranamaya and Manomaya Koshas). In this continuing education training over four concentrated days, dive into this unique “slow” yoga, gaining the knowledge and confidence to teach it to others.
