Steph has been practicing yoga for 18 years and finds that by connecting the breath to movement, the mind begins to calm. Steph works to infuse authenticity, humor, compassion, and playfulness into her teaching. She believes that it is important for students to practice one of her beloved teacher's favorite mantra, to “find what feels good” both on and off the mat. In 2009, Steph received her Kids Yoga Teacher Training certification from Yogawood in New Jersey. In 2011, she eagerly began her Teacher Training journey under the enlightened guidance of Corina Benner through Wake Up Yoga’s 250-hour Foundational Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training. Steph believes that yoga practice allows everyone to tap into their endless potential and inner peace, and she looks forward to guiding students on this path.
