Gentle Flow


Move with ease through a gently-paced, highly accessible flow class designed to cultivate strength, enhance flexibility, relieve stress, and calm the mind. 

A great place to start for those newer to yoga, recovering from injury, or just seeking a relaxed pace. Generous time is given to warm-up and cool down, with modifications taught along with the full expression of the poses.

All levels welcome. Beginners encouraged.
