Flow & Yin


This class combines 45 minutes of harmonizing vinyasa flow with 30 minutes of yin yoga. 

Yin yoga releases muscular effort as you sink into shapes for 3–5 minutes to traction the body and lengthen fascia. Designed to enhance mobility and flexibility, build inner energetic reserves, and dissipate energetic blockages. Simple, not always easy.

All levels welcome.
