“I started to practice in 1978, just when my professional career was taking off. It was the steadying point I needed, and gradually I began to incorporate it as part of my advice to my patients. A busy professional can benefit the most from its gifts of vibrant health, a focused, intentional practice, and a calm, discerning, thoughtful yet
determined mind.”
Dr. Julio Kuperman, Neurologist
